The Split-Board is a snowboard that can be split in two to take on the appearance of two skis, allowing you to ascend a slope with skis on your feet fitted with sealskins. Splitboarding opens up the whole mountain to us, with off-piste itineraries for all physical and technical levels... If you don’t have the safety equipment, the guide will provide you with a Dva, shovel, probe... For splitboard hire, you can reserve your Jones or Rossignol splitboard at the Snowlegend store in La Grave with a wide choice of sizes and a discount of 5€ per day.

Throughout the day, you’ll benefit from personalized advice to improve your ascent and descent technique, while exploring secret, unspoilt spots accessible only by splitboard.

Experience an unforgettable splitboarding adventure - an à la carte stay in the Ecrins, Oisans and wild Alps massifs, with nights in a refuge! Plunge into the heart of snow-covered landscapes for an authentic experience, combining exploration, sport and conviviality. As part of your multi-day adventure, you’ll explore the immaculate peaks on a splitboard with one guide from Snowlegend team, all of whom love splitboarding. Each day will be punctuated by memorable ascents and descents across pristine slopes, far from the crowds and in total harmony with nature. After a day of effort and wonder, you’ll settle into cosy mountain refuges. There, in the heart of the peaks, you’ll share unique moments with the group over a good meal, before spending a peaceful night in authentic surroundings.

SPLITBOARD WEEKEND AT THE GALIBIER REFUGE WITH SNOWLGEND.
Immerse yourself in the snow-covered, majestic landscapes of the Col du Galibier (2,642 m) during a weekend supervised by experienced mountain guides. Enjoy a unique adventure combining sport, nature, and camaraderie.
On the program - Day 1: Departure for a unique hike in the mountains, supervised by your guide.
(Elevation gain varies between 500m+ and 1500m+ depending on the level and wishes of the group.) Arrival at the magnificent and comfortable Galibier refuge, perched in the heart of this enchanting setting. Gourmet evening: fondue and raclette on the menu, to share a convivial and well-deserved moment, and for dessert, live music before going to bed.
 Day 2: Explore the surrounding area on splitboards, with a wide range of routes to choose from.
