You’ll be placed in the group that best suits your level, freeriding experience, physical condition, and language. We listen to your needs and form homogeneous groups by bringing together people who want to enjoy the beauty of the panoramic views, glide down virgin slopes, experience extraordinary sensations, improve their off-piste skills and, for the best, tackle difficult routes that provide an adrenaline rush...
Every morning, up to 4 groups of 3, 4, or 5 (MAXIMUM 5 riders for quality and safety reasons) are formed. It is very important to accurately assess your skiing or snowboarding skills and to know your freeriding experience. As a group, you also benefit from attractive rates.
Snowlegend has been operating at the foot of La Meije since 1993. Our guides know the off-piste terrain inside out and constantly monitor changing conditions in the area. They adapt and select the best options each day for your enjoyment of skiing, snowboarding, splitboarding, or free-touring. They always offer valuable advice to help you feel confident on the unmarked, unsecured, and ungroomed terrain of La Grave. Safety pros, they are qualified to accompany you on glaciers, in couloirs, and a multitude of wild spots. They do everything they can to ensure you have an unforgettable experience... and that you come back.

Rate includes * The guide will provide you with the essential safety equipment for freeriding at La Grave: avalanche beacon, shovel, probe and harness. Advantage on rental rates at the Snowlegend shop * Rossignol and Candide freeride skis. * Escaper 87 or 95mm touring skis. * Avalanche safety bags. * snowboard and split-board: Jones, Pogo, Rossignol. These prices don't include: Snowlegend customers benefit from a discount on the adult pass: 60€ per day; the normal price is 66€. Youth ski pass under 25 years old 50€. With your 6-day pass, or your season pass, Serre-Chevalier, Alpe d'Huez, Les 2 Alpes: the day pass is 50€. lunch break at the Refuge de Chancel at 2508m, La Cabine at 3200m or in the village at 1450m, depending on the itinerary! Very good value for money; it is customary to invite the guide for lunch, thank you in advance.
